The University of Kentucky is excited to bring the experience of adding the WildCard Mobile ID to your Apple device or Android phone. With this feature, students and employees can use an iPhone, Apple Watch or smartphone on campus to access buildings, attend campus events and make payments at most locations where the WildCard ID can be used on UK's Lexington campus. Simply tap your iPhone, Apple Watch or smartphone at the same reader where you use your physical student or employee ID card.

Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. ET.
The Mobile ID costs $20 for both students and employees and is valid for four years, with the expiration date aligned to the end of the fiscal year. After the four-year validity period, users must pay a $5 annual renewal fee to keep their Mobile ID active.

Employees
To allow your department to cover the cost of the Mobile ID, we will need a completed Employee Mobile ID Application filled out by your department. This will need to be delivered to our office or emailed to IDOffice@uky.edu.
The below lists include the locations on UK's Lexington campus where you can and cannot use the Mobile ID during beta testing. Where the Mobile ID is not available you will need to use your physical pass. Please check back as we will be updating the lists as we bring more locations online.
